Grease is the word
A last minute change to an Ip-art festival park screening has been
made.
The film "Sex And The City" was to be shown in Christchurch Park on
Thursday 8th July but an Ip-art spokesman said the film's
distributors had decided today not to allow the screening to go
ahead.
We are frustrated as the film has been advertised in all our
publicity and we were not told of the distributor's change of heart
until this week. But we have managed to secure another blockbuster
and will show 'Grease' instead.
The film in the park feature is a perennial favourite with
festival-goers and it is hoped that John Travolta and Olivia Newton
John will attract as big an audience as Sarah Jessica Parker and
friends.
The film, which is PG, starts at 8pm and costs £7 (£5 concessions)
on the gate (from 7pm) but advance bookers will pay only £6 (£4
concessions).
All tickets for Sex and the City are valid for Grease and all those
with SATC tickets are being offered an additional free ticket to
Grease
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have coursed but we're
sure it will be a fantastic night!
