| Ip-art festival aims - | To provide a cost effective varied programme of the Arts for the people of Ipswich and beyond, that is both appealing and assessable to all sections of the community, celebrating Visual Arts, Performing, Arts Literature, Film and Music
To encourage arts of the highest possible standard bringing together a balanced, cross section programme of events that cannot easily be achieved by other organisation, ultimately raising the towns profile as a key to arts and culture in East Anglia.
The Festival to include exhibitions, performances and events by national and locally based organisations and artists, covering a broad section of areas, traditional through to contemporary when ever possible, inspiring all those who attend.
Cultural activities/workshops also to be included, increasing the quality of life for both individuals and communities, developing people's creative abilities and interests. |
